Digital Systems Marketing Specialist – Government Sector
Job description
Market SWAP's applications and digital solutions to government entities in Kuwait (ministries, authorities, and public institutions) and to companies. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, present our solutions, and follow each opportunity through to contract signing.
The role is fully remote with no fixed working hours. We agree on targets together, and you manage your own time. Full-time commitment is not required, and current employees may apply, provided it does not conflict with their job obligations or their employer's policies.
Commission structure
Commission-based contract: there is no fixed salary.
- 10% of the value of every contract signed through you.
- On renewals: 15% for the first renewal and 20% from the second renewal onward, calculated on the renewal amount only.
- A renewal means either of the following with the same client: an extension of the contract term, or a new contract.
Requirements
- Experience or relationships in selling systems and technology solutions to government entities in Kuwait
- An existing network in ministries, authorities, or public institutions is a strong advantage
- Understanding of government procurement and contracting procedures (tenders and practices)
- Confidence presenting and explaining digital solutions to decision-makers
- Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written
- Initiative, a results focus, and the ability to work independently and remotely
- A university qualification is preferred
